Trina Turk began her contemporary women’s line in 1997, which was quickly picked up by Barney’s New York, Fred Segal and Saks Fifth Avenue. With the California sunshine and classic silhouettes as her inspiration, Turk made her name for herself in the fashion world with wholesale sales reaching over $40 million in 2007.
